If anyone vibes with this, it will prove that so many of us are sick of the BS, lack of action and constant lies. Taking responsibility for everything that happens to you. No matter what... What I've come to realize is that if you say "I can't do XYZ because..." it's the same thing as saying "I'm powerless. This other thing has power over me, I cannot control my own life." --- That's not a good way to live

I am a physical therapist who has nothing to do with online writing except to enjoy and admire other's work but all of these points resonate with me, especially the "victim bit"..... I stopped this in my thirties in the middle of a bad divorce when a close friend said very clearly "no victim s*** please". I was very angry, went home, thought and knew he was right. I have never looked back😊
So direct and spot on. I played the victim card a lot last year without even realising. Took me some embarrassing situation to understand that nobody gives a fuck. I'm gonna go all in this year, all in!

Yes and yes. 2021 and 2022 sucked - big time but man did they provide clarity. I now have a very specific list of what I give any attention to now
