You kind of touched on it, but I always stop staring at a screen at least 90 minutes before bed. If I watch TV till right before sleeping, it screws up my cycle. If I absolutely have to stare at my laptop until late, I turn it to max dim and turn on the reduced color setting.
Great read, Tim. These are great suggestions for getting ready for your day the night before. I look forward to your posts. "BE APPRECIATE FOR ONE THING", as you recommend. I recently read the book "The Magic" by Rhonda Byrne. You must do exercises for 28 days in which every day you write down 10 things that you are grateful for. It has been life changing. So often we concentrate on all the things that go wrong, all the negativity in our lives. It was eye opening to be truly grateful for the things we already have. I honestly FEEL BETTER since reading this book.
Awesome list. I’ll start by adding one thing for the next week 🙏🏾
Start small to win big :)

Yep, I find the same. Night mode on Apple devices is also handy.
Thanks for putting these thoughts together and sharing!
No probs :)
very useful as usual
cheers
A great article Tim. Being calm and relaxed at bedtime is key to a good nights sleep. It takes time to learn how to switch off and is so important.
Thanks Rosy. Learning to switch off promotes good rest.

I do something similar Keisha. Will check out the book.
Is there a way to make these articles audible?
The warm shower and no social media at night has really helped me get better sleep throughout the night 🫡
