A job isn’t gonna make it happen !!!!!!!!!!!! I have been deceived my entire life. I will be 28 before the end of the year and ever since I started working at 15. I thought I could save my way to the life I wanted. I was not taught to invest or look at other streams of income outside of a 9 to 5. I am so happy that people are talking about being financial free. Living is greatest thing we can do while we're on this planet. The knowledge I have gained since 2020 has been exceptionally and I plan to make sure the generation behind me will have something to look forward to in their futures not just working until they die.

I didn’t know you survived cancer, Tim. I survived a genetic liver disease, ending in transplant. And ever since that post- transplant period, I’ve wanted to succeed in my writing. I wrote 3 novels while I was sick and I’ve never taken the opportunity of a new life to do the rewrites and ship them. I also read a lot about climate change and want to write an accessible blog/newsletter for individuals to do what they can in mitigation. This one letter from you, pushed me over the edge into doing MY work. Thanks, Tim
We got out of rat race in the back of real estate but dealing with the people involved, agents, tenants and especially body corps made us move it all elsewhere. But you gotta have a gig in retirement. May as we’ll be a good writer. When I write Age with Attitude, I have to keep stepping up as an ager as well as a writer. Just watching the Tim and Todd show and doing the work.

I'm so sick to death of seeing do you want to earn $10k a month no work involved no this no that but shit your going to get $10k a month.... OMG yes guilty here!!! Nothing in life is free of its worth it..... And if it sounds to good to be true... It damn well is... Run a country mile before parting with your hard earned cash....
