Thanks Tim. This is my favourite post by you so far. I especially like the idea of focusing on personal energy management - rather than time management.
Another excellent article - concise and to the point. I love how you lay out an exact path - highlighting how we can improve our lives by - just doing - small, doable tasks that will add up to changing our habits and lives.
I found your article "The Most Important Lessons I’ve Learned from My Substack Newsletter Experiment" on your personal website. (I'm new to Substack, was searching on Google and found you.) Good article, but what impressed me more is that you're a good writer! I teach writing, wrote for TV, etc. You are right to the point, you don't waste time, clear direct language -- good work, kid!

The 4 hours! So true. I't's now Friday afternoon, 15.07 hrs. I woke up at 8.30, having been extremely busy since... Painted a small wall. Washed some clothes. Meditated. Made the bed. Wrote a mail waiting to be written for a week. Watered some roses around the house. Etc, etc. Everything but work. In a few minutes I'll finally start. And I'll hang onto those 4 hours...Thank you! Thought it was just me...
