You never fail to deliver Tim. Never. Thank you once again and keep doing what you do. Some of us are listening and learning.

Love the one on making your habits public; it introduces a second layer of accountability outside of yourself.

Sure does Destiny. That's why personal trainers at a gym work so well for many people. You have to show up and it costs you money.

"There’s nothing more freeing than learning to be yourself" that's so true then we have achieved a great level of freedom 🙂🏴‍☠️🧘‍♀️

Hi Tim. There are a few editions I enjoy reading. Yours is one of them. I don't know why & how but most of your writing appeals to me and it's so relatable. The first point I relate to is about your wife who started cooking and discovered her potential. I am a self-taught chef and never leave an opportunity to convince people to cook their own food. Cooking is beyond just making a dish. It is something magical. Second point I so loved is this line- "The opposite of your excuses uncovers your potential". Keep writing this excellent stuff my friend. Cheers

Haha...Along with your wife I'm sure you will develop little interest. It's a great activity that goes deep. Maybe your wife could explain the benefits of cooking from her experience.

Can't get her to write anything. Now Tik Tok, that could be an option.

Akshay, words of encouragement keep me going. Glad you can relate to the cooking part. When we experiment in life we discover insights that were previously hidden.

I can't recommend experimenting enough.

Trying to achieve autonomy is not a risk; it is the surest road to avoiding risk as it precludes others from being able to make arbitrary decisions that may affect you adversely.
