Flow state and hyper-focus, what to say 👏 👏👏

Our passion for what we do makes time disappear.

I am fucking picky 🙊when it comes to content and truly loved this article.

The "deaf grandpa is" is inspiring, like your humor and the way it keeps the article flow.

Enjoy your day.

8HRS in the flow is AMAZING ! Great practical tips, as always, thanks so much and really like the "soft murmur" - totally helps to get in the flow :)

I have tinnitus on one side - I didn’t know caffeine exacerbates it. Thanks for that and above all the well researched flow article!

Question: I’m thinking I need to structure my writing into mini goals if I’m ever going to enter the flow state while writing. Would you have any tips on that (could be a follow-up article on structuring writing and research type of work to stay in the flow zone)?

Thanks very much! This may be the most important article I’ve read all year.

Thank you Tim for this clear, actionable article. I definitely needed this.

And, regarding tinnitus, mine went away when I went off gluten for a few months. I'm not gluten free anymore, but I do keep it to a minimum, and my tinnitus has returned but only slightly - its much less frequent and quieter than before.
