Hey Tim. I like this post. Be the victim reminds me of an Indian lady who is homeless, yet has published two books on Amazon. Having been homeless myself, I try to help others in this situation. I must have spent atleast $1000 this year buying new phones, giving rides, turning power back on for indigent & so forth. Zero ROI. Cost time, money & energy. I have limited budget for all three. If you like, pls readmy stories on Medium & share. Happy Thanksgiving!
I was raised by parents who both owned their own companies. We weren't rich but did ok, and I could tell they were happy. But they always wanted me to take the safer route so I took the corporate ladder and have worked for the same company for 28 years and regret every minute of it. I always thought I would work there a few years and then do something on my own but 1 year becomes 5 years, 10 then 20. Then 1 day you say wtf.....
This is an insightful list! It makes total sense. I am guilty as charged with some of these. I won't say I have ruined my life, but I have not always achieved what I want! I have allowed things to get in the way.
Love the sarcasm all over this post haha :)
Haha thanks
Happy Turkey Day Tim,
