Doing one thing gives you extreme focus. This focus can be channelled towards tasks that lead to mastery instead of trying to dabble in lots of unrelated passions.
Great article and have started applying in my own life after reading the book 'Leadership Lessons from the Monk who sold his Ferrari'. Thank you Tim, love your work
This article landed in my in-box as I'm working on my goals for the year and it's just what I needed to hear. On some level I've known this but I always fall in the trap of trying to accomplish a million different things at the same time. It truly doesn't work and leaves me hanging time and again... so for 2022 I'm going to focus on one thing at the time. Will let you know in a year how I fared!

Such a good book Wendy. I wrote a summary of it years ago.
"Embrace one thing". Such a powerful message you've sent across in this edition of yours. Loved reading it Tim
Cheers Akshay
Dear Tim, I started my Substack account because I received an email from you, and I liked the idea of creating something new! Have a fabulous 2022!
So good that you took action Victor. Very few do.
Excellent! By the way, in 31 December I published about my new year resolution! https://victorgabrielclatici.substack.com/p/the-new-years-resolution-the-secret
And, I use the word ONE!
Smart Victor. Creates public accountability.
Thank you!
:)
So appropriate for the new year...thanks
Agree Michael. Cheers.

I'm like that too Donna. One goal can be incredibly powerful.
The book "One Thing" by Gary Keller goes into this idea. It transformed my life the first time I read it back in 2020.
