Extraordinary, brilliant advice and guidance to activate anyone to next level thinking and doing. No matter their career / industry. I am in a bit of a rut not knowing what my direction should be with my stalled career. This popped into my mailbox at the perfect time. Am ever so grateful for the advice and wisdom Tim shares so openly and freely ...thank you lots

A lot to think about, and so true for this era!

The generation of my parents still think that a steady job with a steady income is the goal. But it's not. it's the key to burn out and a boring life

The adult babies and constant lies lines are hitting me differently. I am a manager at a logistics company and thats exactly how I feel day in and day out.

This!!!! Ugh! I’ve lost so much money over the last five years after stepping back from a full time job and pushing for independence and entrepreneurship. I’m a two time cancer survivor and have a unique career path which isn’t recognized as valuable to employees. I mean, I just got rejected from a EA job… huh?! I’m launching a nonprofit this year and building a speaking career. I am believing that all of this ‘failure’ or research will PAY off!!!! Thanks for always bringing the truth!

We loved this peice, Tim. Thank you. We really liked the points you made about "just curious, but" and "make $20 on the internet." Well said friend.

Damn it! I love the real talk. All the sugar coating, rah-rahness that's out there is eye-rolling material. But some people need or want that. I prefer the way you dish it out.

'Just curious but...', assertiveness, and finding the third door, resonated with me the most. I'm excited to try them. Thank you for the nuggets, Tim. 😊

Valuable read.

Thanks for igniting another spark for me.

On a side note another option you might want to explore for buying a home is a buyers advocate. They have a network of real estate contacts and do the leg work for you. A great advocate will see you through the whole process and comes with a wealth of experience. (I'm not an advocate and don't get any kickbacks).

Letters in the letterbox are great but I'd also go handwritten to amp up the connection.

Good luck.

Yep doing handwritten notes already. Buyer advocates aren't really a thing in Australia. Not enough real estate available.

I'm in Australia too. I'm in Melbourne and they're definitely a presence down here. Thanks for replying.

I especially loved the last point.. doesn’t make me feel as bad about my failed ventures!! Also, try Adelaide - much more inventory, affordable and only boring 8/12 months of the year haha :)

Failed ventures are fine Helina :)

I've been to Adelaide but I found it too sleepy. And there's no jobs for my wife there.
