Loved it thought it was a great post ... shared it in my group because even though I know most of this, a lot of people are so freakin energetically entangled they do not see the wood from the trees or understand there is so much BS in our lives that removes our attention from the real, authentic and original it just leads us down the non-essential, tinny, superficial, inauthentic and meaningless rabbit holes never to return... so thank you!!
I'm an avid follower, Tim, but frankly my dear, I don't give a shit what you don't give a shit about. Your writing and business advice is great. Your opinions on events, topics du jour, markets, etc., well... they're your opinions. And we know what those are like, and how they smell :-)
MIssion accomplished! Love the slow hustle article btw... speaks directly to how I'm positioning my writing/entrepreneurial venture. Congrats on becoming a daddy!
Yeah, and he doesn’t give a shit that you don’t give a shit. That’s the whole point. Free your mind, don’t get caught up in other people’s hysterical agendas where at the end of the day it has minimal effects on your life, besides making you an emotional wreck.
Thanks and I needed this ! May not agree 100%, but who gives a S----! Thanks for keeping it real. Your content has helped me. Especially last weeks post.
Only thing I’m kind of disagreeing with is that crypto is probably going to be that step child that gets beat down into the basement after the whole FTX fiasco for a little bit. It’ll bounce back for sure, but a lot of the naysayers will bring this up as a reason not to invest in crypto and the bounce back might not happen right away.
Keep them coming, you’re doing damn good stuff here.
Beautifully said. Some of your points made me laugh out loud and a few made me think - is that me too? The one about inflation tho" -- people are stressing over it because they have never seen it this high before. They need to talk to their parents or grand-parents about mortgage rates at the end of the 70's-early 80's. 23% when you were lucky enough to get one. We survived then and will now too.
I've always heard warnings against using Twitter because of how toxic it supposedly is. I've been on the platform for years, but I've never experienced it like that. Like you said, it depends on who you follow. Also depends on the kind of conversations you engage in. Really, any platform is as bad as you make it. If you don't like the toxicity, why not just turn those off?
That said, I am in no way in favor of the ridiculous idea of charging $8 for the blue check mark.
Some of your readers -- and you too -- often find that to express themselves they find it necessary to use phrases like “give a sh*t”. I don’t even have the will to explain why such language is not a good idea, just like it is not a good idea to continue to pollute the Earth. To trash language or to trash the Earth: neither is a wholesale destroyer, yet both are incrementally nasty and unhelpful.
Great sentence Tim - . Reducing the mental load on your brain is true wealth
yeah it's been a big insight Michael.

Everyone should have this taped to the side of their laptop.
If you’re a mediocre writer, or one that refuses to acknowledge that tastes change, it’s a really bad time to be on the platform.
For everyone else? It’s still a great site with a lot of upside.
Spot on Kevin.

No probs Sonia!

Much love Chris :)
My aim is to make you think

Glad you don't agree 100% James. My job is to expand minds.
Thanks Tim, you actually had me laughing out loud at some of these! Keep up the great articles:)
Haha awesome.
Hell yeah, Tim! Another banger.

Crypto will rise again when stocks do.
I was laughing the whole read through! But definitely can't disagree and congrats again on your Wonderful, Amazing, Miracle!
Thanks Kathleen.
Loved hearing what you don’t give a shit about. I agree on all points.
Thanks Madden
A perfect antidote to all that's going on. Thank you! Those hotel rules sound a bit draconian though.
Airbnb needs to rethink what they do Martin
The only issue I am faced with is the jerk wearing my shoes...

It's just a word so don't let it easily offend you. And don't let it stress you out as there are more important things.
“Just a word”? Yes, and I am not “offended”: such crudity is most often but a substitute for thought.
