Glad you're prospering, Tim. Every day is a battle. Here's my recipe to win it before it sucks life out of me: (1) get up at 4:50 am, (2) go out for a 12 km race along the river in my town, (3) take a shower and have tasty breakfast. I do this two to three times a week. The physical benefits are fantastic but the biggest winner is my mental health.

Thank-you for writing this and being so honest and detailed. I'm currently trying to re-write my own life and overcome the things holding me back (possible Cyclothymia, ADHD, and officially diagnosed Autism). I no longer want these things to define me, turn into stories I tell myself and hold me back. Your writing is always inspiring to me.

Hi. I attended Tim’s Fearless Writer Challenge and would be happy to share some resources (videos and files) from that.

Tim, I love your honesty. I know way toooooo many people in your age range who suffer from debilitating anxiety. Thank God for what you have come through--and are on your way toward! Good, good, good--and the best is yet to come. What a great boss and mentor (TR) more of them needed... and more people need to listen.

Netflix kind of story! I am sure your boss, Walt, is very happy to read this article. Btw, I didn't know you had startup before started writing online. Is that correct or I misunderstood here?

Thank you for sharing this long struggle with us, Tim.

I re-lived my life in a way, feeling how you did as you overcame yourself towards triumph.

Cheers! 🙌

Took me 20 years to overcome PTSD and I'm also symptom free of schizophrenia. I wasn't prepared to experience joy as I'd lacked it for 2 decades and thought I'd never feel it again.

But life is good.

Thanks Tim, this is why I keep reading as your writing is superb :) You are everything that the obnoxious horror Tiffany Fong (X) you referenced a few posts ago is not. You create, build up and inspire others which generaters a well deserved good income; Fong gets her kicks and income from destruction ....I would pay good money to have her permantly blocked !

You walked and You listened. You faced and You transformed. This story shows the quiet power of persistence.

It’s incredible how the smallest acts—a midnight walk, a conversation, a single meal—can snowball into life-changing breakthroughs.

Thank you for sharing this raw and inspiring journey.

We all need to remember: small steps lead to monumental change.

Tim, thank you for the memoir. Wonderful to have Walt as a leader, friend, mentor.

Tough to read that you tried becoming a Christian to make things work better, but that it turned out to be a cult.

I’d be interesting in learning more about why Tony Robbins does not have the marks of a cult.

What is it that separates cult and non-cult? Is it just the results for that person, or something else?

Amazing story, Tim! Inspiring and so relatable. I remember the days when I thought anxiety was a life sentence versus an entrance into a new life. Wouldn’t wish it upon anyone while also grateful for all it taught me.
